Adele has over 19 years experience in the field of behaviour analysis, specialising in Positive Behaviour Support & Early Intervention working with both children & adults with Autism & Learning Disabilities She holds a degree in Psychology, MSc in ABA, is a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA), Director to Board for the UK-Society for Behaviour Analysis and has additional qualifications in Learning Development & Support Services. She is also a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) & the British Institute of Learning Disabilities (BILD). She has worked in both mainstream and Special Educational Needs schools and has a good understanding of the education system. Additionally, she also worked with young offenders institutions; those diagnosed with emotional social & behaviour disorders; autism; learning disability; down syndrome; ADHD & other associated diagnoses. Adele has particular interest in Positive Behaviour Support and the reduction of extreme challenging behaviour to improve quality of life and a keen interest in Organisational Behaviour Management.
